Alle handelsüblichen Abklatsch- oder Sedimentationsplatten werden durch unser hochauflösendes Kamerasystem erfasst und durch leistungsfähige Bildverarbeitungsalgorithmen analysiert. Basierend auf dem langjährigen Know-how von VMT und in enger Abstimmung mit Partnern aus Mikrobiologie und Maschinenbau entstanden, setzt unser patentiertes HYPROSCREEN™ einen neuen Digitalisierungsstandard beim Umwelt- und Hygiene Monitoring.
Als zuverlässiges Laborgerät unterstützt HYPROSCREEN™ LAB Laborant:innen bei den täglichen Routineaufgaben. Agarschalen werden anhand des Labels (Barcode oder Datamatrix-Code) automatisch erfasst und zugeordnet, die Bilddaten erfasst, bewertet und archiviert. Mittels der intuitiv bedienbaren, leistungsfähigen Software ist eine nachträgliche Überprüfung von Daten genauso möglich, wie die statistische Auswertung von Analysen, die Erstellung von Reports oder der Export von Daten an andere DV-Systeme.
HYPROSCREEN™ AUTOMATE automatisiert Analyse-prozesse, da ganze Plattenstapel abgearbeitet werden können. Diese werden in einem Magazin zwischengepuffert und über eine Handhabungseinheit einzeln dem Bild-verarbeitungssystem zugeführt. Für die Bildanalyse wird vorab der Schalendeckel mittels einer speziellen Mechanik entfernt und später automatisch aufgebracht. Kritische Platten werden für eine Nachbearbeitung ausgeschleust oder zwischengelagert. Es können bis zu 300 Medienplatten pro Stunde vollautomatisch verarbeitet, auf Keimwachstum und sonstige Fehler analysiert und die Ergebnisse anschließend und dokumentiert werden.
HYPROSCREEN™ LAB und AUTOMATE sind voll miteinander kompatibel und können vernetzt werden. So ist auch eine nachträgliche Überprüfung von Platten mit dem Laborsystem möglich.
