Today is the first day of LogiMAT, the International Trade Fair for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management, and we are there!
Together with Neoception GmbH, we welcome you to our stand 8C09 in Stuttgart.
In keeping with the trade fair, we have placed a logistics exhibit in the centre, which represents a Kanban process in production. Neoception combines Smart Label for triggering logistics processes for empty crates and Put-to-light for stacking these crates. VMT shows a PickFinder system.
The robot permanently picks up table tennis balls from a box and places them in the tray until all the trays are full. It then puts them back into the box in the same order. If a fair visitor presses a button, this process is interrupted. The left button activates the handle of chocolate and the right button activates the handle of jitons (poker chips), each from a different tray.
At each handle, the system checks again whether a button is pressed - if it is, the continuous run is interrupted at the handle of the tennis grips.
