Dr. Michael Kleinkes (41) has been the new Managing Director since January 1, 2021. Responsible for sales and technology, he shares the new management role with Dr. Stefan Gehlen, our long-time managing director.
Dr. Michael Kleinkes has over 20 years of experience in industrial robotics and sensor technology, which he brings to his new position. After studying technical microinformatics and automation technology, he initially worked as a consultant and solution developer for ten years. He has been working for VMT in various functions since 2004, including as a project manager. Most recently, he was responsible for the technical management of the company.
