VMT BeadMap RTI is the Ready-to-Integrate solution for 3D inspection of adhesive, sealant, and thermal paste beads immediately after application. It monitors adhesive and sealing beads in real time, ensures stable, reliable production, and combines maximum precision, high standardization, and fast integration without extensive engineering effort. Precise 3D analysis detects deviations early on, allowing for immediate adjustments during the ongoing process.

Sophisticated system design
VMT BeadMap RTI is designed as a fully integrated system for fast, predictable commissioning: a high-resolution 3D sensor, an industrial PC with TCP/IP and MQTT interfaces, as well as pre-installed software and calibration bodies are all included as standard. Optional additions such as a touchscreen monitor, preconfigured Profinet or EtherNet/IP interfaces, robot cable sets, and sensor mounts complement the system—ensuring a perfect fit for various plant concepts and environments.
