A careful and comprehensive analysis of the factual circumstances is in any case a necessary prerequisite for a 100 % solution for your set tasks.

VMT records all system parameters that are relevant for the vision system in an intensive dialogue with the customer and by means an on-site check and adjustment.

On this basis and in careful planning, the selection of the components, their arrangement in the system and the optimal set-up of the VMT IS vision software are made.

If new extensions should become necessary both in regard to hardware and software, this will be registered swiftly and efficiently in the VMT development department.
The generation of electric circuit diagrams for the VMT vision system controller and/or the E-installation of the system and the planning of the mechanical scopes complement the service range.

A detailed schedule agreed with the customer ensures a consistent and targeted project realisation.
