VMT MultiCount is a tailor-made system for automatic reconciliation. At the same time, VMT MultiCount stands out thanks to maximum flexibility and ease of handling. By combining state-of-the-art camera technologies, lighting techniques and algorithms, vials or ampules are always counted safely and reliably.

VMT MultiCount is based on VMT Bildverarbeitungssysteme GmbH’s many years of expertise. At the core of the system is the VMT-IS/V image processing system, which is already in operation in hundreds of systems. Due to the optical properties of the containers, the system is offered in two variants: VMT MultiCount for vials, VMT MultiCount+ for vials and ampules.

Both systems are designed as separate inspection systems, but can also be integrated into production lines. Adjustment of the reconciliation for new types of vials or ampules can be accomplished easily. Of course, all measurements and results are logged and documented.
